The magnificent Crocker Art Museum was the site for this couple's September 2004 wedding where "the colors of a sunset" was the theme. Bridesmaids wore crimson and carried clutches of vibrant orange, with red and yellow roses.
Guest tables were named after a famous artist and the table signs depicted a specific work of art. Theatrical lighting projected the muted colors of a setting sun on the courtyard wall. The centerpieces of orange calla lilies sat atop a free flowing geometric design of flower petals in striations of sunset colors. Food stations with displays of vibrant flowers, warm candlelight, brightly colored trays, bowls and platters completed the theme.
