Our American groom met his sweet bride while stationed in Okinawa, Japan. We designed a lovely wedding for the couple, working through e-mails and long distance phone calls. She spoke very little English but sent us photographs of bridal bouquets she liked. Their wedding was held in Vizcaya’s gardens, Sacramento, California, while the lovely sounds of the koto (a stringed instrument) was played. Her parents gave the couple the authentic kimonos as a wedding present.
