Shades of White
With the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean, Chady & Sid selected the beautiful Bacara Resort & Spa in gorgeous Santa Barbara, CA as their wedding site. Guests were invited to wear white, or shades of white, which they happily complied. I love it when a great idea is carried forth! Accented with red flowers, the magnificent arch and wide regal red carpet was impressive... and the best part, Sid, wearing a custom white suit, entered the ceremonial area riding a white horse (he received a round of applause). Fabulous! In keeping with the theme, white doves were released as the couple was pronounced. Guests feasted on a five-course dinner in the stunning Rotunda with a canopy of organza and twinkle lights overhead, and then moved to the open air promenade for dancing to the flamenco style music of Estaban (flown in for a special performance). An incredible six tiered wedding cake with beautiful red roses was a showstopper. This was one outstanding wedding celebration!
Chady enjoyed wearing two white gowns for the event; a strapless Princess gown for the ceremony, and a sexy reception evening dress for evening.
