Southern Grace
With true Southern Grace, Monique, our Louisiana bride married her long time beau, Dave. Monique wore graceful elbow length gloves and carried a bouquet of red and terra cotta roses, pearl studded stephanotis backed with green and coppery magnolia leaves. The entrance to the courtyard ceremony and leading into the reception room featured iron lampposts and ivy topiaries lining a path to a wrought iron gate. We added more feel of the South by hanging Spanish moss and including a Bourbon Street sign. For a relaxed mood, the dinner was a strolling cocktail party where guests sipped mint juleps and enjoyed Crawfish Ettoufe, Mushroom Profiteroles and Cous Cous. For great fun, a Madi Gras themed table for the chocolate fountain was displayed in front of a sculpted Fleur de Leis and the delicious dippers sat amongst masks, feathered boas and colorful beads.
