Diana and Zac married at Buena Vista Winery in Sonoma County with a bit of Vintage French inspiration. Sapphire blue, apricot, ivory and luxurious pearls was the palette emphasizing the soft and romantic.  When setting up the Wine Ceremony, we selected a red and a white wine from the Buena Vista Winery collection – how appropriate.  Inside this majestic stone winery are three wine caves dug into the hillside but it was the exterior that was breathtaking! The backdrop of the imposing stone cellars took my breath away from the twilight wedding ceremony, to the al fresco dining experience.  To continue with the Vintage French concept we used the Fleur de Lis design on printed material, as well as on the guests’ take-away favor wine glass.  Another underlying designer touch was “criss-cross” patterns… from the deep sapphire blue linens, the backs of the chairs, hanging overhead market lights in an X pattern, the wood on the weathered lanterns, and the stamp design on the cement.  A quiet blend of the obvious.   Magnifique!!
