Lisa & Darren welcomed guests to their exquisite wedding at their French Normandy style estate. An intimate gathering of 40 was delighted with the love and emotion of the ceremony, the details at hand, a sumptuous feast, romantic dancing, and the indulgences offered at the dessert table. Lisa’s favorite color is sapphire blue which we paired with ivory, platinum and crystal. Photos were taken of the couple prior to the ceremony, which made for a very relaxing afternoon. The bride and groom even joined the guests prior to the ceremony for a pre-social something we like to offer to our mature couples who feel no need to be tucked away hiding until the ceremony. The stunning alter arch was the focal piece to the backyard, and the pathway leading to the alter was lined in organza swags. Immediately following the ceremony, guests were entertained by a strolling table-side magician while they noshed on tempting hors d’oeuvres. Because the estate had many French embellishments, we incorporated the iconic Fleur de Lis as accent touches, such as on the menu card, cocktail napkins, chocolate truffles, and Lisa even presented her groom with a fabulous pair of cufflinks! This gorgeous couple was in pure bliss as they danced under the twilight sly. That’s amoré.
