M&C described to me the vibe and vision of the wedding they desired… lots of style, romance and sophistication, but also showcase their fun, whimsical side through their mutual love of Disneyland and Mickey Mouse. I teased them that even their initials M&C was the beginning of the beloved song, “M-i-c-k-e-y M-o-u-s-e”… well you get the idea, don’t make me sing it! Pursuant to my client’s request and due to the nature of C’s job and a matter of National security, there are no images that disclose his face So, check out the details and the overall photography and that very fun Disney color palette; notice the boutonnière… a nod to Mickey. The traditional Catholic nuptial mass was held at Sacramento’s beautiful Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. Outside on the church steps, six Air Force officers, wearing required white gloves, lined up for the Saber Arch – fabulous! Guests then moved onto the dinner reception held at the impressive Sacramento Grand Ballroom that was both elegantly decorated and held lots of whimsy. The groom’s cake (Black Forest) and the very fun wedding cake were definite showstoppers!
