With a crazy busy Memorial Day Weekeend, I was unable to get this Anniversary post up until today… CONGRATS to Adam & Kathleen Storm who celebrated their 1st Anniversary May 30, 2010. This wedding was one of my favorites – so many cool details and it was difficult to whittle down all the fab photos supplied by Jordan Zink of Jordan’s Photographic Design.
After a full Catholic nuptial mass, the reception was held at Kathleen’s childhood home… on a 9 acre ranch in the middle of Carmichael, CA. In keeping with the theme, we positioned two handsome mules at the entrance driveway with Corona stocked saddle bags!
The dinner tent was 5,000 square feet and featured enormous floral spheres hanging from the ceiling… stunning! BTW, the beautiful florals were created by Visual Impact Design.
Many guests (even my happy bride and groom) enjoyed the aged Scotch and cigars that we set up in the back corner of the gardens… and I posted directional signs to assist with knowing where activities occurred (very important when working with 375 guests and lots of ground to cover).
As guests left the beautiful accent lighting of the ranch estate, they walked the enchanted pathway of luminaries to the valet pick up. What a lovely ending to a fantabulous wedding!
