Vintage Estates-Villagio Inn, Yountville, Napa Valley is beautiful and large enough for Negin’s Persian family and Tony’s Italian clan.  The spacious open lawn area is where we set the ceremony and there is an elevated “stage” which would hold the set up for the Sofreh Aghd (a Persian term for “Wedding Spread”).  Being a warm Napa Valley day, the guests appreciated our cute white parasols. The special fabric in the Sofreh Aghd was from Iran and became the basis for the entire wedding color palette of Azure blue, crisp white, and shades of hot to soft pinks.  After the ceremony guests were greeted with a signature cocktail – Hypnotic Martini – naturally to match the color theme!.  Dinner table centerpieces were of two designs… short petite square containers each with a hot pink rose head making a heart shape, and a tall trumpet vase with a full arrangement on top. Following a multi-coursed dinner of sea bass, lamb and couscous the party-ing began!  In the stunning brick lined Historic Barrel Room, we brought in comfy white leather lounge furniture, and guests enjoyed the toasts, photo booth action, and the professional cigar rollers  (the men LOVED this, as did quite a few ladies!!) Taking the wedding paperie as inspiration, the wedding cake was a masterpiece. Negin & Tony flew in from Texas a DJ who was an expert in international music and as you can see, the crowd (and my happy bride) loved his music selections and mix.
